Over two decades of Project Management experience in the Design and Construction industry with an emphasis on vertical transportation conveying systems: elevators, escalators, moving walks, private residence lifts, and MEP specialty systems, project management, safety, training and education. The best experiences always come from both - the Field and the Academia. Past clients include elevator companies, attorneys, construction companies, Project Management companies, University and more.

Over the past experiences, enjoyed challenges and resolution, working on short deadlines and challenging situations, enjoyed working with people and team building. From contract documents reviews and negotiation, drawings and specifications review, ASI, RFI, RFC, CNs Change orders, MoM, project submittals, developing project schedules, procurement documents review, technical submittals, coordination, communication, codes and standards research, investigation of the events and processes and training and education, to Curriculum Development, Capstone Development, Public Speaking and Technical Writing. 

I am actively participating on conferences with publications related to the construction management, elevator technology, and energy, every time when my schedule allows to meet with my peers and gain additional knowledge in the field.

Vivid lover of poetry, music, nature, animals, birds, tennis, outdoor activities, walking on the beach, hiking, history, my two parakeets and little pinscher that loves to follow me around.  Firm believer in natural healing properties and nature. Working on publishing first book based on true and fictional events.
